"Prepare the horse for the day of
battle, but the Lord gives the victory" (Proverbs 21:31).
We do our part, preparing our weapons for war,
but the one who grants our victory is the Lord of hosts. All that is good comes
high, including our battles overcome by the power of God. We can not expect,
without having any kind of attitude, the conquest; but we must assume our
position as warriors who decide to fight with strength and faith to achieve
victory. All honor, glory and power (remember) always belonged, belonged and
belonged to God, because He who, through grace, gives us victory. The glory is
never ours, for we can not bear the "weight of glory." Everything
comes from Him and from Him is the reward.
But the greatest victory was won by Christ on
the cross. Through his death and resurrection, we were washed, redeemed,
redeemed and justified. Through Jesus we have been reconciled to God and we
have free access to the Father. His sweet Holy Spirit (Comforter and Guide) has
come to dwell in us. And even if the situation seems impossible, our God is the
God who makes the impossible happen, according to His will. We may draw near to
Him with fear, "Casting upon Him all our anxiety that He will take care of
us" (1 Peter 5: 7).
