"The heart of a man plans his way, but the Lord directs his
steps" - Proverbs 16: 9
Our plans for the future have to be made in the Lord; we must
recognize that He is the absolute Lord of our life and our future.
We have to patiently wait for Him to lead us in the steps, and
to draw our plans in the light of the special revelation of the Scriptures.
"Every man's way is right in his own eyes, but the Lord
searches the hearts." Proverbs 21: 2
ORE: Dear Father please help me plan my plans with humility,
under His divine light, recognizing that the Lord is the one who directs my
steps. Forgive me for the times that I have taken the wrong path, often turning
away from the Lord. I pray in the name of Jesus. Amen.
