YOU ARE INVITED

"I stand at the door and knock; If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. " Revelation 3:20

Jesus gives the invitation in Revelation 3:20, "Behold, I stand at the door and knock."

To know God is to receive his invitation. Not just hear it, not just study it, not only recognize it, but receive it. You can learn a lot about God's invitation and never respond to it personally. His invitation is clear and non-negotiable. He gives everything and we give everything. Simple and absolute.

Is not it amazing that God makes that choice on our own? Think about it. We can not choose the weather. We can not control the economy. we can not choose how people react to us. But we can choose where to spend eternity. A great choice, God leaves to us. The critical decision is ours. What are you doing with the personal request of Him, for you to live with Him forever?

"All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and what comes to me I will in no wise cast out. " John 6:37
