"For he shall never be moved; the just
shall be in everlasting remembrance.
He will not fear bad rumors; his heart is
steadfast, trusting in the Lord. " Psalm 112: 6,7
Life is full of uncertainties. You never know
when something unexpected will happen and when the next bad news will come. In
a world filled with hatred, envy and violence, none of us have a clue as to
when something very bad will happen.
So what do we do when we can not be sure of
what is happening around us?
We can take refuge in Him who is above all
circumstances! Our safety must be in Him alone, after all the world passes,
money goes away, health is over, people turn away, but he who believes in Jesus
and does the will of the Father will live forever.
The person who walks in the light of the Word
of God does not fear bad news because he knows that God is in control of
everything and that even the bad things that have gone wrong are transformed
for his good!
