THE HEART DISCOURAGED

"Say to those with fearful heart, Be strong, fear not; behold, your God will come with vengeance, with the recompense of God; he will come and save you. " Isaiah 35: 4
The book of Isaiah is an alternation of convictions of sin and confirmation of the healing grace of the Lord. In one of his words of spiritual encouragement, writes the prophet: "Tell the bleak heart: be strong, fear not! Your God will come, will come with vengeance; with divine retribution will come to save them "(Isaiah 35: 4).
If there is a feeling that has already invaded all Christians, this is the feeling of discouragement. In the world we live in, everything conspires against us. Envy of others, when properly fulfill our tasks. Injustices, as we strive to follow what is right. Pitfalls of evil, when they want to bring us down. There are times that makes you want to throw everything away and give up ...
It is especially among these depressing experiences that our heart must deeply the divine motivation. The fainthearted should be strong and not fear? Certainly it will not be the forces that we no longer have. The reason certainly is the resolute promise of the Lord through the prophet: "Your God will come" and "will come with vengeance." Isaiah 35: 4. This promise is important, because the Lord knows our weaknesses in the process of taking the law into our own hands. The righteousness of the Lord, "with divine retribution, will come to save them." The Lord helps those of discouraged heart, so "be strong, do not fear." Isaiah 35: 4
