LEARN MORE TRUST IN GOD

"For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord; thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. " Jeremiah 29:11

You need to understand how God works in your life, otherwise you may be disgusted with him for no reason. How many people have abandoned the faith because they thought that God was thwarting their dreams? How many people are afraid to pray and trust in God, because they think he will always say 'NO' to your prayers? 

I want to share something with you. Since Jesus came into my life, I began to dream of the day I would marry a woman of God. I was willing to date only once and then get married, not wanting to suffer again, as happened in the past. But that's not what happened ... I had some flirtations with evangelical that did not work and lasted a short time. Until I began to think that God was not listening to my prayers. I often wondered:

"Is there something wrong with me? Why does God want me to suffer again? Does he not know that my dream is to marry? Will I ever be happy in the sentimental area? What do I need to meet someone sent by God ? "

I believe you have also asked these questions ... But despite all the frustration and loneliness that tried to discourage me, I decided to continue trusting God and not lost hope. FAITH became my companion and I believed that if nothing worked out as I wanted, because it still was not the right time or the right door.

Then I opened my heart to God and decided to wait in Him alone. (Not that I have locked myself in my room, waiting for my future wife knocking on my door). On the contrary, I'm even more involved with church activities and tried to meet new people, but always waiting on God. Time passed, and much sooner than I imagined, I met my wife in an evangelical camp. Today we are married for almost three years and we are very happy and blessed!

But you might wonder, "What I Did God can do the same with me?" CLARO, if you believe and not give up on the "closed doors"! Give your dreams in the hands of God and know that He also dreams of you. If you have prayed and asked Him, there is no reason to doubt his character. Meditate on His word and you will see that God never forsakes the children who wait on Him!

"Since ancient times no one has heard, no ear has perceived, and no eye has seen a God besides you, who works for those who wait for him." (Isaiah 64: 4)
