PEACE THAT EXCEEDS ALL UNDERSTANDING

"And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4: 7

[...] Living without inner peace is hell. The impression is that nothing makes sense, nothing makes sense. The mind without peace disrupts all our perceptions and our reasoning. Furthermore, peacelessness disturbs our emotions. There is no heart that can handle the lack of peace.

When Paul uses the phrase "in Christ Jesus", he teaches us one of the most profound revelations that the Spirit did to him. To be "in Christ" may give the impression of "being out of his mind." And in a sense it is. At least, not being tied to our own limitations. To be "in Christ" is the decision to give the master the lordship of our lives. Let His Spirit invades our hearts. It is to have "the mind of Christ." To be "in Christ" is the constant struggle of the Christian, from their first meeting to eternity with Him. Who has been there, feel inner peace. Peace in the "guard your hearts and minds."

"And the God of peace be with you all" Amen. " Romans 15:33
