It is in communion with Christ and learning from his meekness and humility to learn to live and be happy. With him we find rest for our souls. That rest who comes home, who is at peace and happy with what you've been doing. Our paths without Christ we consume, wear and age, from the inside out. People do not see, but we feel the dryness of lifelessness. Following Christ our soul is light and life, though hard, difficult and even painful, proves to be smooth, all things work for our good (Romans 8:28). Christ made the call, but the choice is ours. And then? What will it be today?
